- Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto – Food and Agric Minister
This minister could be described as the laziest and it comes as a shock to many that he is nurturing Presidential ambition.
Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto was entrusted with one of government’s flagship programmes, Planting for Food and Job (PFJ), a complete waste of taxpayers’ money and a total failure. He is known for lying about the impact of PFJ and the prices of food products on the market.
Dr Akoto is on record to have said a bunch of plantain was selling GHC3 when the actual price was nearing GHC20. He is also recorded to have said PFJ had created 500,0000 jobs – a statement that is a total lie. He denied a clear case of fertilizer on the market. Because of his multiple lies, he is usually not taken seriously by Ghanaians. Ghana is still at the verge of food insecurity and prices of food keep skyrocketing. He has failed as a minister.
- Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen – Trade and Industries Minister
Alan Kyerematen has been a total disappointment especially for someone who was highly poached to lead the NPP after Akufo-Addo. Most of the current economic crisis Ghana is facing is because of the gross ineptitude of his ministry led by him.
The economy is still largely import driven and not a single initiative was led by Trade and Industry minister to tackle this as he sleeps on the job. He is rather spearheading policies that are killing local industries. Alan is a failed Minister and will certainly fail as President if elected.
He lacks vision and temerity. He comes across to many as a weakling. Apart from being known as the darling boy of respected former President John Agyekum Kufuor Alan is not seen as a leader who can change the fortunes of Ghana.
- Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum
Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum nearly collapsed the Ghana Education System but for the Teacher Unions vehement opposition to his informed decisions. He has made not impact in the education sector and constantly usurping Ghana Education Service.
The minister has been at the heart many controversies in the education sector ranging from his failure in resolving the UTAG strike, to the poor decision of changing pre-tertiary academic calendar from trimester to semester, a decision that got President Akufo-Addo furious.
His recent move is to appoint headteachers for schools in Ghana but the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) has rejected plans by the Ministry of Education (MoE)
President of NAGRAT, Angel Carbonou said the Ministry has no such power to appoint headmasters for the various schools.
It is the duty of the Ghana Education Service (GES) to make such appointments and not the Ministry, he said.

- Ken Ofori-Atta – Finance Minister
Ken Ofori-Atta is the major cause of the current woes of Ghana. He is the laziest finance Minister in the history of Ghana since independence. He made terrible decisions that run the country aground.
His Enterprise company is also reported to have taken over businesses meant for State Insurance Company. Well-meaning Ghanaians called for his resignation but with his Uncle being the president one could not expect more.
