Situation of 26-Year-Old Paralyzed Driver Who is Now Bedridden Getting Worse As He Appeals to the Public -[WATCH VIDEO]

A paralyzed driver who is currently bedridden is appealing for support from the general public, NGOs and Philanthropist as his situation getting worse.

My name is Mawuli Azienyeku a 26 years driver who had a road traffic accident ( R.T.A) on 30th November, 2017.

I live in Mafi- Kumase, in the Volta region of Ghana. The incidence occur between Mafi- Kumase and Mafi- Adidome on the way to Accra.

After the incidence, l was rushed to Adidome Government Hospital and later on refer to Korlebu Teaching Hospital.

There, l was told l had a fracture of the T-7 which made me not to voluntarily move my legs nor pass stool voluntarily either due to an injury to my spinal cord ( Bilateral paralysis secondary to spinal cord injury).

At Korlebu, l was told to pay an amount of GHÇ 15,000 for the surgery to be done, but there was no  money and my family decided to bring me back home without the surgery been done.

I was brought to one traditional attendant who help stabilize the fracture bit there was malunion of the bone which makes me not to sit up right. There my family spent a lot for my health to come to normalcy but to no avail.

Am currently with my Aunty who is a farmer. My mother pass on in 2014 and the driver whose car l was driving left me without any help.

 Am hereby pleading for your assistance for the surgery to be done for me.
