Four Ghanaians in the diaspora far back in the north of Iraq in the land of Kurdistan are facing a horrifying situation in the Middle East.
The four persons, two males and two females who have been arrested in Kurdistan for allegedly possessing hard drugs.
According to the report monitored by our team on Angel TV this Monday morning, the four people who are all from the Ashanti region sent money for food items to be sent from Ghana to them in Kurdistan.
Upon the food items arriving in Kurdistan, they were called to pick them up from the airport where they were arrested for a suspected heroin and other hard substances in the food items.
From Osei Richard who confirmed the news in a phone interview with Kofi Adoma Nwanwani on Angel Anopa Bofo, clarified that the possible sanction for the four Ghanaians is death if nothing is done about the situation immediately.
Kofi Adoma together with Farouk Al-Wahab who is an expert in international relations pleaded with the ministry of foreign affairs to intervene as quickly as possible to prevent them from being executed, because it is not a difficult decision to cut them off in such a sit. We pray for their lives.
