A 43-year old mother who suffered from breast cancer days after her predicament gained attention has died.
The said woman breast was left decaying and her landlord, at Kasoa in the Central region, had been pushing to evict her. This mother of two could not get food to eat.
Her husband was nowhere to be found and her siblings had stated clearly they were in no position to support her get medical treatment.
Later, she gained more media attention with JoyNews raising 60,000 cedis for her treatment.
Six days after this money was raised, Agnes, after an agonizing fight, has died.
She died this morning at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital living behind two children.
