They require a combination of factors and events that are not unusual in themselves, but which are highly unlikely to occur at the same time. During lovemaking the brain release hormones called dopamine in men, oxytocin in women and endorphins.
These hormones can increase the blood pressure in your veins. Because of the increased blood pressure, blood clots can be pushed to the brain, leading to a stroke.
According to research from Healthline, the standing position during intimacy is risky that we thought. This is because, when doing the deed while standing, blood moves against gravity and it has rippling effect on the pressure on the heart.
During orgasm, blood pressure can rise by as much as 20 points. So, if your starting point is not right, the risk of getting stroke is very significant.
The standing position is not recommended.
