It would interest and shock you to know that a Ghanaian young girl who bears the name Kakra has both the male and female organs.
This however, attracted public outcry as the family seeks support from philanthropists, NGOs and the general public to enable them undergo surgery.
Operation to remove the male will cost her GH¢15,000, a money her parents don’t have.
The mother of the young girl died whiles working to find money to finance the operation.
The young girl is seeking for public here to raise the money to fund the operation.
