BROADCASTGHANA can confirm that eight more COVID-19 related deaths have pushed Ghana’s death toll to 256 in the latest update provided by the Ghana Health Service.
Moving forward, the country’s confirmed COVID-19 cases have shot up to 43,094 after 101 new cases were recorded.
The good news is that, out of the total number, 40, 963 clinical recoveries have been recorded with the country’s active cases now standing at 1,875.
Having Greater Accra Region continues to be the region with the highest number of infections in the country followed by Ashanti and Western regions.
