As the 2020 general election draws closure most politicians have already taken strategic steps to campaign, yet COVID-19 restriction still binds political activities, such as rallies.

This, however, does not exempt the biggest opposition party’s flagbearer Dr. John Dramani Mahama, who has taken his community engagement programme message to the fishing communities and intends broadcasting the documentary project.
