Bechem Presbyterian Senior High School has confirmed first covid-19 case according to report in media.
The report indicates that the Assistant headmaster of the school disclosed on Acccra FM that the confirmed student who has tested positive showed symptoms few weeks after reporting to school.
Explaining the situation futhur,he said
“The student came to the school’s clinic complaining he was not feeling fine; he could not smell properly neither did he have sense of taste. Though he reported he was ill, he is still strong even till date.”
Although she was showing symptoms,it is said the school nurses as soon as possible reported the case to Bechem hospital which was quick to test the student for COVID-19.
