It appears Akufo Addo’s government stands being under attack by many Ghanaians following the arrest of the artiste manager popularly known as Bulldog.

As reported yesterday that the artiste manager and entertainment pundit had been picked up by the National Bureau Investigation(NIB) over his threat against the sitting President Akufo Addo in an interview on UTV.

According to media reports, Bulldog during a discussion on actress Nana Ama McBrown’s United Showbiz show on UTV threatened that Akufo-Addo would not finish his four years if he doesn’t make sure Menzgold customers are paid their locked up investments.

Having said that, quickly the host of the show Nana Ama McBrown made Bulldog retract his statement. But yesterday’s report went rounds that he was arrested by the order of the government.

The emerging news has it that Ghanaians have started a massive #FreeBullDogNow campaign on Twitter as they call on the BNI to set the artiste manager free.

According to the majority of Ghanaians, Bulldog is unfairly treated as Hon Kennedy Agyapong who is the MP for Assin Central threatened to burn down the house of NDC’s flagbearer John Mahama and was never arrested.

Others also advised Bulldog to be careful of the things he says.
